“Adequate.”
The best

We know the area well and it was a great location for us being so close to an area we are buying property in and near the Haberneras shopping centre. If you dont drive it's right on the bus route. The property was clean.

To be improved

Unfortunately the maintenance of the property is not great with some exposed wires, light blowing in the bathroom and small ants all over the property, literally hundreds of them. We also waited for the "manager" to turn up when we were leaving to hand over the keys, but when we contact her after sitting around for an hour waiting she just told us to leave the key on the table and the property unlocked.
