“We are robbed.”
The best

So sorry to have this unpleasent experience in this beautiful modest arcutecture and cosy property. We have booked between 15 to 22 of June. We specifically informed the management of the Villa Ocala , villascalador team, that we don’t want any cleaning or anyone in the house during our stay. It was allright untill the 19th of June. In the afternoon of 19th of June when we arrived home , the nightmare began; we saw that our money in my bag was taken , two of our new iPhone charge cable was changed with very old ones (!), one of my dress was torn (i think someone tried to put it on but couldn’t), some of our clothes were taken and my golden ring with diamonds was taken from the nightstand table next to my bed upstairs. We were litterally robbed head to toe! We called “villascalador” and they did nothing. We couldnt reach the “booking . com” at the moment. They Said , the villascalador management, “the cleaning lady came , and She Said She didnt take it.” And that was all. Despite our request they couldnt manage not to send anyone to the house? This is trespassing this is steeling. - House was dirty when we first arrived. I had to clean all. - Dishes (plates, glases , cups, spoons, forks, bowls .. everything) were sticky and with grease in the cupboards. - Bathroom was dirty . - Sheets were smelling dense and with bad detergant. - Water is salty just like the sea… - - No mosquito net on the windows, i had to put on one… as i have shared the photo of it. Also upstairs in the hall way , just at the exit of the rooms there is a step ! I was sleepy at night, i went out of bed for wc, and couldn’t realise or remember the step and fall. Injured my feet seriously but not with breaks thankfully… There is no sign and there is no small lightning for it. Becareful with it if you ever make a mistake by booking this villa by the management of villascalador. I am not sure if the “booking.
