Villa Olimpia by Abahana Luxe

As I said that we liked villa by itself, problem is who runs this villa (agency abahana villas), if I were owner, I would definitely change rental agency, which take care about villa. Check out from 10 a. m. check in only from 5 p.m. so there is enough time to prepare villa for new guests. We arrived 7 p.m. agency sent spanish speaking guy to introduce all villa facilities, because it is very big 800 sq metres villa. Of course we hardly understood anything. The guy switched on air conditioner only when we came into villa. It was smell of dampness and it was very warm in villa. 800 sq metres is not easy to cool down quick. After one hour we notice that in master bedrooms air conditioner works bad, it was hot in there. We have paid 2115 eur per night so it was unacceptable that they didn't check it before arrival. Tecnician came only second day during lunch time. Second thing, before arrival we went to grocery store to buy some food, drinks etc, but abahana villas didn't warn us, that we have to buy simple essential things like shower gel, toilet paper, salt, garbage bags, etc. Seriuosly? In luxury villa? I don't know, maybe it standart in Spain, but this is luxury villa, in simple apartment for example in Italy for 300 eur per night you get everything, slippers, bathrobes, all bath amenities, in kitchen all essential things like salt, oil, pepper etc, in this villa NOTHING! So first night we had to shower without shower gel, we couldn't make breakfast despite that we had food products, because we didn't know that we have to buy salt. Had to go to grocery shop from early morning. Second day we decided to grill some meat in terrace, as there was nice big grill, so what you think, in the middle of grilling, the grill ran out from gas, seriuosly? Lunch was ruined. Villa is built in mountain, so there are lot's of mountain dust. All week nobody came to clean terrace or didn't show us some water hose to clean terrace by ourselves.
