“What an amazing place to stay – so much character and the staff were amazing. Felt more like a B&B (in a very good way) and not just a big faceless hotel. Beautiful breakfast every morning with lovely space to have it in. Also a hidden backyard oasis. Really well located with easy access to beaches and shopping plus we were given a recommendation for one of the best meals we had on our trip. Absolutely loved it. · Cons: Only small thing was not having some slightly darker curtains but this is a very small thing.”

Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was adorable. My room was much bigger than I expected and had it's own entrance! Loved the cats living on sight.

No air conditioning or iron.

Very traditional, lovely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included.

No air conditioning, fan in the room, but it struggled to do much towards cooling down.

“Cockroaches visiting you overnight.”

Breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel is particularly good - close to the beach and restaurantes and commercial center. staff were careful and friendly with good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.

To be improved

We found three cockroaches in the room. another in the open area. The hotel does not clearly mention a lot of the features it offers. E.g.: the fridge is not in the room and is shared among other hotel guests. Air conditioning is subject to an extra fee and only available in some rooms. You only figure this out if you read very carefully the hotel descriptions. Beds are not comfortable. mattresses are too soft. no pillows also very flat and not comfortable. We decided to leave the hotel after one night and move to another place because the quality, comfort and overall perception was extremely poor.
