We didn’t walk to town as it was too far with the wheelchair user and kids but they provided a taxi number which was brilliant and meant we could get wheelchair taxis easily to town

Very poor service from property hosts. We arrived late at night (2200hrs) and had advised in advance of our arrival, but they still weren't at the villa when we arrived, we had to call them to find out where they were to get keys to access the property with our 3 young children. The cleanliness was OK, but not great. Departure was also very poor. Hosts sent a neighbour from an adjoining property to retrieve the keys as the hosts were away. They then deducted money from our 200 euro deposit, which they demand in cash upon arrival, for items they claim were soiled (a bedsheet with a small coffee stain) or broken ( tiny outdoor plant pot), which we dispute, however 2 weeks after returning home they still have not returned ANY of the deposit. Very poor service all round. Avoid if you can. RESPONSE TO OWNER - so instead of accepting an honest, but critical, review, they seek to blame the customer and accuse them of lying - tells you all you need to know about them. Like I said initially, avoid if you can, or be prepared to part with your deposit and get accused of lying in the process. Disgusting conduct.
