Villa paraíso

The photos are very misleading, you think you’re getting what you’re paying for and when you show up it’s totally not what you’re expecting. We informed the owner we found MULTIPLE things broken in the house, a lot being SAFETY and HEALTH hazards, including locks that wouldn’t work, broken blinds, exposed electrical sockets, clogged sinks, drainage problems etc, apart from this, we weren’t provided with any kitchen roll whatsoever, any toilet roll, no sponges to clean the dishes, and so much more.. there was not even a kettle. The fridge AND freezer were both full of the precious clients food and drinks which I found very disturbing, this should’ve been cleaned and whatever the previous people left should have been disposed of… it was not nice to have to reach the villa that already had a million and one issues to have to then start cleaning other people’s rubbish. The rooms were absolutely scorching hot in the night you simply couldn’t sleep in them with the heat there’s only one air conditioning in the sitting room which doesn’t reach the rooms. The beds are not comfortable and the sofa bed is just not even worth trying to sleep on because you will wake up with back problems the next day. There is no delivery services that will deliver to this address and you are in the middle of nowhere, to get into reach of anything you have to get on the motorway for 10+ minutes so location is not great either, also good luck trying to get a taxi. I am not one to complain or leave negative reviews but when you’re paying over £300 a night to stay somewhere, the beds aren’t at all comfortable, there is not at least a fan in the rooms to get through the night and basics such as toilet roll and towels or even a kitchen sponge is not provided, you’re going to get upset..
