“Lovely villa and a wonderful”

The best

Lovely outside space with lots of quality, comfortable furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen was excellently stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable with plentiful pillows, duvets and blankets. It was bright, clean, and well appointed.

The Villa was in excellent condition, clean and tidy with excellent attention to detail 👌. The villa was well equipped with everything you needed. It had 3 large double rooms, one room had a large ensuite. The wifi speed was fast, and a large modern TV with all the usual apps. The instructions for the villa that were sent prior to arrival to us are clear and informative. The pool area is enclosed and private, so great if your nudist couple like us.

“Good property”

The best

Property is really like the pictures. So what you see is what you get. It is really good and worth trying. It has been well thought of and has all the necessary equipment for your holiday: - From a full kitchen with cutlery, pottery and utensils, plenty of working white goods (washing machine, frier, dishwasher) - to full bathrooms with hair drier included. All room had fans as it can get hot and you can’t leave windows, doors open overnight. Hostess left us a goodies present as well which was really welcomed. Swimming pool and surrounding area are wonderful and exactly as per pictures.

To be improved

- Location: it’s in the new area of playa blanca but it’s far from everywhere. You need a car as you have nothing local, not beach nor shops although it should not come as a shock as it is clearly in the address / location of the property m. - Swimming pool: lovely but needs a little bit of maintenance. My two kids cut their toes with missing paint on several occasions - Smell: not sure where it is from.. if it is a property issue, a complex or inland issue but in the afternoons/ evenings, the sewage smell is really strong - Night time: you can’t sleep with windows opened as they are mostly doors and anyone can break in. Not an easy solution I know but it was hard to have to close everything to go to sleep. We did appreciate the fans though. - Cameras: whilst I, myself, am a landlady, I’d not have cameras without telling my guests . I’d appreciate heads up on the cameras and An explanation of how to switch them off at arrival and reconnection at departure. My kids could have been naked and I’d not want anyone to see that. Understand the need for robberies but … it’s a total invasion of privacy. - Personal details request: I didn’t like how I was talked to when I enquired about providing my passport details instead of a picture of our passport (minors included). The answer from the hostess was, in my view, unnecessarily hostile “In our eyes, someone who does not want to send us their details (copies of their ID cards) is not trustworthy. What is your problem?”. It left me a bad impression and I think my concerns could have been respected and addressed differently.

It was very peaceful at the villa. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Communication was good.

To be improved

Bedrooms were warm as no air conditioning. There were plenty of fans provided and a outside door could be opened.
