“Terrific property, great location but also quiet and tranquil. Superb views.”
Spacious, great facilities, really well equipped.

“Fantastic Pool area. Indoors was a bit of Nightmare!”
Garden and Pool area is fantastic. Large covered verandah is perfect for outside dining. Great views of mountains. Bedroom Air-Con worked well.
None of the showers worked properly. Loose wall brackets, broken shower heads / hoses etc. Kitchen needs thoroughly modernizing. Dishwasher needed Salt and Rinse Aid. Utensils, crockery and cutlery all at least 15 years old and need replacing. NO Plastic Cups, Bowls, glasses etc so if you have small children bring your own. There are ANTS everywhere (even in 2 of the bedrooms??) the WiFi is Non Existent. (Good 4G on the Verandah if your Roaming contract allows)
“Could have been amazing. Unfortunately wasn’t.”
The location was good, a bit of a walk to port Pollença but manageable. The location was quiet and had a lovely restaurant nearby (giravolta)The villa itself was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were always quick to answer queries.
Whilst it was rustic some appliances could have done with updating, I felt a little unsafe having a gas bottle in the kitchen used to light the stove. The pool had broken tiles everywhere and my son cut his foot. The property was plagued with ants, not just a few ants! We didn’t eat any food or have any drinks other than in the kitchen and yet ants were all over the bedrooms, coming out of plug sockets, in the beds and wardrobes. No sooner did you start prepping dinner then ants were out. We ended up eating out to avoid them. We couldn’t throw any rubbish in the bins or store any food in cupboards. We were advised by the bookings team that the area is rural and therefore has ants, I completely accept and appreciate this, however this wasn’t just a little problem, it was huge! There was an infestation. It was clear that nothing had been done previously to remedy this. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom kept leaking, however they were quick to keep sending someone out to fix it. There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms so unfortunately on an evening you couldn’t enjoy the lounge area as far too hot. Only 1 bathroom had enough water pressure to have a shower, the other shower was useless and therefore not used. There was not enough seating in the lounge for a party of 6. This villa could be something very special, however it needs investment.
