The house was new and was in a good location

Our stay was extremely unpleasant. On the first night, we found a cockroach in the room — it even crawled on someone’s head while they were sleeping. The following day, before informing the owner, we found a second cockroach. When we finally reported the issue, the owner responded rudely and with no concern for the situation. Instead of an apology or any form of assistance, we were treated with hostility. Due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions and the owner's attitude, we felt forced to leave the accommodation early and had to find an alternative place to stay for the following night. We definitely do not recommend this property.

There was too much clutter. The owners are nice and they want to make the place cosy. The trouble is that there are unnecessary nic nacs everywhere. This makes it feel overly cluttered, in my opinion.

“Exceptional”

The best

Beautiful flat. Very modern and clean. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. My daughter was delighted to have a light up mirror in her room. The owner was really nice and welcoming. We had a few issues with the electricity in the flat. But that was quickly arranged and sorted by the owner. Overall, the flat was exceptional.

To be improved

We did not like the area where the flat was located. There was not much parking spaces near the flat.

“perfect location and comfort, excellent host”

everything is new clean and well thought out,all comforts you need and near the centre , port and train station Carmen met my wife at property and showed her around , she went above and beyond to help us with a package we are having sent overseas highly recommend and would stay again if in area thank you so much
