Villa Percebes

Beware the advertisement for this property made no mention of a deposit we were asked for a 400 euro deposit after booking confirmation! No wifi even though it was advertised as having it No Bbq again even though it was advertised as having one. we did complain and to be fair they delivered one at 9.30pm not early enough though for us to use that night . Definatley not enough loungers for the number of guests this villa can sleep, only two. Unmade beds we had to make them ourselves and uncomfortable beds The kitchen sink flooded the kitchen every time we used it, once reported we were told they were waiting for a part and not to use it, Quite difficult with a family of 5 to not have a usable sink. The dishwasher didn't work and gave my son an electric shock The fridge wasn't cold and so food had to be discarded. After calling re sink, dishwasher and fridge a couple of times we were told not to use kitchen sink and to use the dishwasher which when we did didn't work and as I said before gave electric shocks. We called again to be told it was Sunday and so no one available and to leave dishes in the dishwasher when we left. Being in the holiday letting industry ourselves we stripped the beds and left the wet towels in the shower trays thinking we were being helpful. The dishes as requested were left in the dishwasher. Despite this and leaving everything extremely tidy for some unknown reason the hosts decided to withhold 50 euros of our deposit. We contacted them and they failed to respond to our last message and so we waited three days to be fair before leaving our review to give them the opportunity to respond. The villa itself was actually very nice and we enjoyed the pool area but we feel the information given was absolutely zero. There was not a house book explaining howthings worked, wifi code or how they wanted things left etc . Basically very unprofessional and disappointing !
