Problems with the aircon in the downstairs bedroom & problems with having no / Intermittent water for a couple of days (showers & taps were not working, could not wash up ect) but Mari was very attentive and both issues were fixed right away. Engineers were sent out with to fix both issues the next day / same day no questions asked. Pool was to be cleaned twice a week but not quite sure if this happened as towards the end of the trip it was looking a bit green? A fair few missing tiles from the pool also. Although these slight few issues - overall the pros definitely outweighed the cons!

Only tiny little thing was the sofa in lounge was a little grubby and very small…but did not effect our holiday at all as we were out every night so didn’t use it.

the pool was very cold so unable to use but it was May so may be better in July.

the sofa felt dirty & constantly attracted lots of flies. there was considerable paint and plaster flaking (constantly as we kept sweet up to find more the next day) in the bathroom and downstairs bedroom from moisture, the upstairs en suite leaked enough to create a large pool of water into the downstairs dining area through light int the roof which was dangerous and so meant we couldn’t use that bath/shower, lots of the lamps had bulbs that didn’t work and only 1 of the 5/6 air conditioning unit remotes worked. the requested cot was not there for the first night so baby had to sleep with us initially until resolved. all ceiling pendants had started to come away from ceiling to expose the electrical wiring so all together felt a little run down and in need of some maintenance and care.
