Villa is amazing. Cant fault anything.

This villa exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, a beautifully heated pool, and all the facilities we needed. The villa was immaculately clean inside and out. When we encountered an issue with the front gate, Gloria, our host, responded promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. The maintenance team followed up the next morning to complete the repair, impressing us with their speed and attentiveness. The nearby amenities, including a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and petrol station, were incredibly convenient. While a rental car is recommended for exploring areas like Puerto del Carmen, the villa's proximity to the airport (just 10 minutes away) is a huge plus. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the future. It's an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay – you won't be disappointed

Beautiful villa and really peaceful.

The villa was exactly like the pictures with a great infinity pool for us to leisure in and around. Outside their was a dining area when the sun got too hot to sit in the shade but still enjoy the outside pool. Great villa. Gloria was a very good host and always answered questions or queries promptly. would most definitely stay again.

We found the location of Tias to be a great base for exploring the island. The villa itself was spotless, very modern, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pool with a view of the sea was beautiful (which was kept clean daily, every morning) & there was plenty of space for sunbathing too! We appreciated the BBQ area as well. Everything felt to be of very good quality & we were sad to leave! Comfy beds, excellent showers and a well equipped kitchen. Gloria communicated brilliantly with us before arrival & during our stay to check all was well. I would recommend hiring a car (there is parking at the villa), as we hesitated and originally thought we’d just use public transport, but hired a car from TopCars in the end & were very pleased we did, as it enabled us to explore the island properly. Overall, a brilliant villa in a superb location.
