Villa Playa Blanca - Heated pool, AirCon

We had a fantastic week at the Villa. Artur and Katrina have a beautiful villa and it’s very clear that they take good care if it. From the time we booked the villa for our holiday right up to the day of departure communication with Artur was fantastic. Any question I asked was answered quickly and in detail. We did not have any issues; the instructions provided for accessing the villa on arrival were very clear. The Villa you see from the Photos is exactly what you get. The care and attention that Artur and Katrina have put into the villa is very clear and to the highest standard making sure guess have everything they need to have an enjoyable and restful holiday. Each of the rooms are tastefully furnished and not lacking any comforts. The location of the villa is about 5 minutes’ drive from the Rubicon Marina, and we found it to be quiet and homely. We really enjoyed out time at the villa and would book it again.

The property was very modern and extremely clean. It had everything you could possibly ask for to have a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with massive tv on which we enjoyed watching the club World Cup. Comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. Loads of really nice touches everywhere you looked. Great heated pool and spacious lounge area outside with really nice planting and ambient lights at night. The covered outside seating area was very comfortable also and though we dined out most nights we even managed to use the BBQ which was great. It’s a nice quiet area and about 15-20 minute walk to Rubicón Marina area which we enjoyed though we did hire a car which was very good value. There were plenty of taxis available also though we never needed one. Never got to meet our hosts but the friendly communication was excellent from start to finish and it was reassuring to know they were there if needed. I honestly feel nothing would have been too much trouble for them.

Fantastic Villla, clearly a lot of effort has gone into the decor and facilities. It is very modern and secure being in a gated community which can only be accessed with a key fob or code. Very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Artur, the host was very attentive and answered any questions very quickly. We had a car but it is only around a 10 mins walk to the sea front, the area around the Villa is very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Villa Playa Blanca highly enough!

The villa is wonderful. My children spent hours in the pool. The garden is lovely with beautiful cacti. It had everything you need and more in terms of kitchen equipment etc It’s about a 20min -30min walk to Rubicon Marina where there are lots of restaurants. There is a shop closer. The villa is situated in an area of lots of other villa in different stages of construction but it was quiet, there was no building work happening when we were there.
