Needs a bit of attention sunbeds broke while in use my sister hurt her leg due to rotten sunbeds beds are not very comfortable toilet smells doesn’t appear to be fixed to floor properly

Great location, spacious villa with large pool and outside seating/dining areas. AC in all rooms Great communication from 3Villas, any problems resolved quickly

Tired and dated inside, bathrooms basic, fittings hanging off the wall, tiles missing, shower curtain Bedrooms basic and need decorating/warming up kitchen needs updating, broken drawers, fridge warn and dirty General condition of decoration throughout poor swimming pool not cleaned once during our 11 day stay, tiles missing in pool, surround dirty Overall basic and disappointing compared to other Menorcan Villas

Close to amenities and the pool was excellent.

To be improved

For a relatively small investment the property could have more modern kitchen equipment and a new tv. Granted, most people don’t go on holiday to watch tv, but the Euros football tournament was on and the tv was like a computer monitor.
