The villa was in the perfect location with the beach and the town within a few minutes walk. Although close to the town the villa is in a very peaceful and tranquil area. The villa is located along a very quiet road with barely any traffic so it was very safe for walking to our destinations. Our host, Alicia, was very helpful and took some time to show us around the property and its beautiful grounds. We had all the facilities we needed as a family group of 6 including our young grandchildren and we all enjoyed spending time in the lovely pool. In some other villas where we have stayed previously the swimming pool can be a bit hazardous for kids because of slippery tiling around the pool. This pool is completely surrounded by (real) grass so was safe and very natural. The whole, very large, garden is beautiful and immaculately kept.

“Fantastic Villa for Family Celebration Holiday”

We visited as a multigenerational family group of 7 in late August/Early May. The house was perfect allowing for us all to have space in bedrooms an in the communal areas. Although it was still cold we used the pool and really enjoyed the ease of swimming and playing outdoors. The kitchen was well kitted out and the barbeque worked well. The house is a short walk down hill into the city centre and a slightly slower walk back!

To be improved

We really liked the place but a few additions would have improved it further! We had a couple of days of poor weather, a smart TV would have been hugely beneficial to our group to have a movie afternoon. Also there are great tennis courts opposite the house, providing rackets and balls would have been fabulous! Otherwise, we had a couple of issues with appliances but chose to only report this on leaving and I believe they will be fixed before the next people arrive.
