Everything seems to be broken and run down. Things kept falling off and breaking eg shower head and towel rail. Shower door kept falling of runners. Outside jacuzzi never worked. Toilet continually made awful sound that prevented sleep. Lights kept tripping out. It was in the middle of a building site that was noisy all day and made all the outside of the building and sunbeds filthy. Walls were flakey and needed decorating. Access to food terrace was challenging for elderly.

To be improved

The property needs some TLC as it is showing signs of wear and tear. No hot water for two showers on top floor for nearly a week as the water tank needed to be changed due to a leak and was switched off when we arrived. Had to request each pool clean, it wasn’t automatic every couple of days and should be due to the building work all around. Wouldn’t use the roof terrace as the spiral stair case is very steep and is right on the edge of the property which overlooks an identical half built house with quite a drop. On arrival we had to request the outside area be cleaned as it had been forgotten due to a difficult change over day!

“Amazing Villa”

The best

The views from the villa were outstanding, views of the mountain's the sea, Corralejo, Lobos island & Lanzarote. Stunning. We all loved the Pool & Hot Tub, the teenagers loved the window in the pool to the bedroom, lots of videos while swimming underwater. Plenty of plates pans etc for cooking, everything you needed.

To be improved

After a long journey, On arrival would have been a nice touch to have some basic supplies at the villa, such some bottles of water, milk bread etc like we have had in previous villa's. We had 2 tea towels in kitchen but no clothes to wipe down kitchen surfaces. Was Hand wash in one bathroom but would have been nice to have soaps & handwash in all the bathrooms, We had 2 towels each on our beds when we arrived, one room had a hand towel, would have been nice to have Hand towels & Bath/shower mats in every bathroom. The villa itself was amazing but you do expect those little touches at such a villa, they would make it extra special.

We had an amazing stay at this Villa. Our children really enjoyed it, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Very modern with all modern equipment. Great views of Corralejo and the sea.

To be improved

It is about a 25 mins walk to the town centre, which can get a bit boring. Ideal if you had your own car. Was hard for taxis to locate as it’s all very new. Area is very much still a building site as new properties are being built. Although we found it to be quite private.
