“Beautiful villa with everything that a family could need.”

Villa very good and fully equipped with everything that a family could need. Large gardens well stocked with fruit trees and vegetables, Pool area great, good sized shallow pool for children and a play area for young children .Only 10 minute walk to a sandy beach with very shallow water.

To be improved

The villa itself was great but it is located very close to a very busy resort area.

Everything. Great location, close to stuff but also a nice quiet road. Lovely pool, comfy beds, great kitchen and lounge spaces. Just everything perfect thanks so much

“Excellent stay with incredible host”

The best

An excellent villa with everything you need. Perfectly located within 15 min drive to Port d’Alcudia. Close to shop and coffee places for breakfast. Out host, Caterina was excellent, she was extremely friendly and generous.

“Spacious Comfort in a Citrus Garden”

The best

This is a very special home and property. The house is very large and well-appointed, and the yard surrounding it contains both a large pool with many comfy palapas and recliners, and a working citrus fruit garden from which you are invited to enjoy the bananas, oranges and more. It is located in a mostly quiet area, but close to the beach and Alcudia. Caterina is a fantastic host, highly responsive, friendly and considerate. The hot water heater malfunctioned one day and was professionally replaced the next. We noticed some gaps in available kitchenware as we planned a special NYE dinner evening, and Caterina purchased and delivered what we needed within a few hours. Amazing.

Since our stay was over New Year's the temperature dropped quickly in the evenings from pleasant daytime highs. We found it a bit challenging to keep the indoor lounging areas warm enough even with the heat pump units fully engaged. No doubt this is not an issue most of the year, and we had all brought warmer clothes so were fine.

“Perfect family accommodation for everyone.”

The best

From start to finish this villa and the staff delivered everything any family could want from a holiday. Well equipped, immaculate, huge amount of space, beautifully decorated and the staff were fantastic, even greeting us with a welcome basket of food and drink and treats for the children.

Internet dropped in and out but this is very common on the island.
