This villa is in an excellent location equidistant to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sa Vincente - you need a car though as nowhere easily walkable The Villa is very attractive, the gardens superbly maintained and the pool, outdoor BBQ area was excellent and given we spent all our awake time there unless on trips - this contributed to the excellent experience we had. The pool is a decent size with plenty sunbeds of good quality

To be improved

The interior is nice in terms of traditional but perhaps has been neglected in terms of upgrade. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms lacked drawers ( material ones in cupboards were inadequate) and the girls commented on lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were satisfactory if a bit dated but served the purpose. The description advertised satellite TV but it never worked - not normally a priority in summer but we wanted to watch the Euro final so had to go out to do that. Kitchen well stocked though larger wine glasses were in short supply The table in the outside cooking area is in a very very dark and hot place behind an attractive though large tree. We moved the table from the front for evening meal ( and put it back after) enabling sitting out in the breeze and sunset light.... suggest a smaller table than the one provided that can serve this purpose. The larger one in the shade was good for lunch however out the sun, just the evenings where it wasn't really suitable. Only one sun umbrella at pool - need a 2nd one for those wanting to be in the shade by pool These "negatives" are very mild and for completeness - would strongly recommend this villa

amazing location and Villa, perfect for what we needed as a group! brilliant pool area and outdoor eating. we can’t wait to come back!

To be improved

Just be prepared that there are limited starters E.g dishwasher tablets/cloths. No basics eg, oil etc.
