“Disappointing and overpriced.”

We had lots of problems. No hot water for 24 hours until plumber could fix the problem. Dishwasher did not clean dishes and eventually broke down and flooded everywhere. 2 out of 3 toilets constantly filling up. En suite bathroom smelt very strongly of sewage. Plumber came in to sort this. The other toilets smelt. Not enough glasses or plates in the kitchen. No dinner plates. Only 1 wine glass. Broken filter in the pool which was sharp and cut 2 of us. Broken glass in the bottom of the pool. Only 3 sun beds (another one was brought to us on request). Only 2 of the 4 air conditioning units could be switched on. The remotes did not work for the others. The letting agents were great at getting the problems sorted when we contacted them. However we feel very disappointed by this property. It was expensive compared to other properties we have stayed in in this area but booked it because of its location. Definitely wouldn’t go back. It’s advertised as sleeping 11. It is certainly not geared up for this many people. The pool is very small and not at all like the size portrayed in the photos.
