“A great value and pleasant villa and gardens, great pool and facilities.”
The best

The host was good and helpful upon arrival. The size of the villa, pool, and gardens was excellent, even for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children/teenagers). The facilities available worked well, and the location was good, especially for the old town of Javea which was lovely and some nice restaurants. Arenal beach only 10 minutes drive, and to the centre of Javea also. Parking ws good for two vehicles, even a Mercedez Vito just about worked :-) The BBQ area and bar was wonderful, and well-used for us in the hot weather. It was nice to have the shaded area here in the 37 degree heat! Overall, a lovely stay and good value. Could do with a good clean but understand it is a busy season and was ok for us.

To be improved

Cleanliness but nothing really too bad considering the season, and cleaning equipment was good, so we could keep the place clean ourselves.
