Everything was great. The location, the clean and comfortable house in amazing city. The rooms are fully furnished and perfect fit for our 8 persons group. Leisure and relax zone with table games, few terraces with dock view and convenience were all we needed 🫶 very stylish and thoughtful created cozy interior made it very instagrammable where attention to details were at the highest level.

To be improved

There were no things what we did not like.

The best

The property felt quite spacious and was in a pretty good location. The decor definitely improved the overall look of the property along with the quirky trinkets. The professional pictures do a bit of heavy lifting though it must be said. It’s tranquil and nice to look over the marina. The pool is lovely and looks nice lit up at night.

To be improved

The seating areas where the group are likely to congregate are uncomfortable and not really conducive for the full group to sit and relax. No comfortable seating on the balconies to encourage any relaxation there, in fact we barely used them which is really unusual. Air conditioning is pretty old, this was the worst thing for our group and we struggled to sleep as it was 30 degrees at the time. Emailed the property but they weren’t interested. Similarly with WiFi which only seems to work on the ground floor so not at the pool nor the bedrooms. To get to the marina and subsequently into Cala D’or you have to first walk through a grubby and uneven path with overgrown shrubbery which isn’t very pleasant. This isn’t the fault of the property but depending on the age of your group it’s worth noting in terms of access to the marina. Took almost two weeks to return hefty deposit despite the fact the owners came to check the place the day we left (at least this was the reason given for being unable to have a later check out than 10am).

The location mostly, the view and the detail inside the house. It was well thought out and equipped.

To be improved

The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable. Could have done with extra pillows in each room. And a spare blanket as we were cold at night.
