Villa Roferos 32

This villa is just stunning. Ideally located 10 mins from the strip and old town in the other direction. Spotless, comfy peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay. Will be booking again hopefully.

Location was perfect - set back from the livelier front, so nice and quiet, but with a 5-10 min walk to it and old town and the beach. Also, just round the corner from a local supermarket and a Lidl making self catering very easy too. The villa itself is attractive. The pool area was lovely, with a lovely natural style garden at one end and plenty of different seating areas. Having a BBQ helped too. The bedrooms all had air con and there were in total 3 toilets, 1 bathroom upstairs and a shower in the downstairs toilet. The pool area had a really good outside toilet too. Kitchen was well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. TV for the lounge. There was garage for the car and bikes we had hired and the property was secure. It was also simply, but nicely decorated and private. The living room was perfect for 4 people on the odd evening we watched a film - 6 may have been a push for comfort but we were a 4. There are communal bins for rubbish and recycling just at the back of the property so very handy. The villa was spotless and a pool cleaner came during our stay (1 week stay) to clean the pool and general outside area. Alfredo the host was very responsive with every message or query and popped in on the afternoon we arrived. We were able to check in with a key box which was handy and also check in earlier than usual, because it was ready so the host was really amenable to that which was great because we had arrived in the morning with alot of luggage, as one of our party was doing the Ironman event, so this was really appreciated.

A fantastic place. great Location. Not really ideal for people with mobility issues due to the hills.

A very comfortable villa with great outdoor space. The location was excellent, near to shops and restaurants but quiet. .
