“lovely villa but too far out unless y like an up hill walk in the heat!”

nice pool area. individual floors each with bathrooms and lounge area. beds comfortable.

To be improved

too far out of town. it’s a 20 minute walk to Calpe and up very steep hills! we should have been made aware of the steep hills as my husband struggled in the intense heat. There was no local transport to get us there either so we ended up paying for taxis. car hire sold definitely be recommended. We were told check in was 3pm, but the cleaners didn’t arrive until after 5pm and we’re there until 6.30pm, so we couldn’t get in until then. The area around the downstairs wasn’t swept properly so we had to do that also. Outside furniture very tired! The port mentioned in description is derelict and we couldn’t find any bar in close proximity of the villa!

“Good holiday”

The pool was excellent and the outside kitchen was good

There was a water leak and the water was switched off from 5pm on the Friday till we left on the Saturday. One of the umbrellas blew into the pool and I am being charged 130 euros which I think is expensive and 30 Euros for 3 billiard balls that we did not take. I have asked for a receipt for these items but not been sent one. They tried to charge me for a remote case which was missing when we got there. There were no bins so we had to carry a weeks rubbish for 14 people to central bins. This should have been explained before we went. We had no car so had to carry it all. I am waiting to hear if I am going to be compensated for the water issue as I had 6 children in the villa.
