The rooms are all different, so you never know what kind of room you’ll get. In my case, the room was tiny, had no window, and was poorly cleaned — there was dust everywhere. The soundproofing is very bad: at night you can hear everything, from people in the bathroom to conversations and footsteps in the hallways. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The shared bathrooms were often dirty, with broken doors. Another negative point: if you can’t arrive at the check-in time, they charge an absurd fee of between 20 and 40 euros.
