“Just Like the Photos”

The villa really is exactly as it looks, no filters or fancy angles needed. We shared a few pictures on social media and the villa got plenty of compliments (and a bit of envy) from friends and family. One member of our group has mobility issues. While the villa isn’t specially adapted, the spacious layout and single-level design made it easy to get around. There's one step at the gate however there's also a ramped driveway with remote controlled gate for those that struggle with stairs. It’s in a peaceful residential area, but only about a 10-15 minute walk to the seafront where most of the restaurants and shops are located. There's a big supermarket even closer. We didn’t need to use a taxi once, even with a wheelchair, though the walk back is uphill so someone fit will need to help with pushing.

To be improved

Hard to find much to fault. Just a couple of small things. The table tennis bats could do with a refresh as the rubber has fallen off most of them. It might also be worth adding a cable tidy to the back of the side table where the wee tablet sits to provide some strain relief as the cable is starting to break from being under constant tension. A handrail for the pool steps might be worth considering to help older guests get in and out, though I understand it could take away from the clean look.

“Exceptional”

The best

Lovely, clean, 4 bed villa which worked perfectly for our 3 generation family. Would work well for 2 families of 4 as well. Good size pool and hot tub. Outdoor seating area and indoor seating area for meals with good brick bbq. Large TV with UK channels to keep the kids quiet/relaxed when needed. Also has games room with pool table, table football and ping pong. Location is lovely and quiet but still only 10 minute walk into Playa Blanca for some great value and great quality food. There's a beach at the same location as well and I'd say that the villa is equidistant between Dorada Beach (with sunbeds at €4 each) to the left or Flamingo Beach (no sunbeds on the beach when we visited) to the right. The main marina, Marina Rubicon was roughly 35 minute walk away (or a €5 taxi fare back after a meal). Overall, had just about everything you'd want and was well located and was well supported by the managing agents.

To be improved

Nothing. Other properties are a little cheaper but we paid more for more space. Whether we needed to is another question but having paid it was very happy with the choice we made.

It would benefit from a few homely features. Having said that it is a rental for a large group and does the job. Dimmable lights in the sitting areas would reduce the glare.

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return”

In a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to main shopping area, bars and restaurants so no need to hire a car. The villa was very well equipped, comfortable and spacious both inside and out. The pool was a lovely size, easy to cover after use and was cleaned whilst we were there.
