“Very good”

The best

The house was great - having plenty of space for a group of friends and all necessary amenities. The check-in was nice and easy and the location was quiet. There was parking space for our cars (we had 2, but at least one more could be parked). There were welcome snacks and a bottle of wine.

To be improved

There were supposed to be 8 separate beds in the listing, but in reality there were only 7 (3 double and 4 single). Because of the weather the rooms were a little too humid/damp - we had to use the AC to warm up and dry the air/sheets.

The best

Location is lovely and close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa & Alcudia (but good luck parking there). Parking at property is good. Quick responses from the rep to all queries - This part of the island had an exceptional downpour which led to electrics and water going down but Joan was quick to respond to this and to our other queries. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of loungers etc around the pool. Third toilet and wash basin behind the kitchen is good (and essential with 3 couples staying). The balcony area is nice for breakfasting/relaxing. Pool is good.

To be improved

No street name given before arrival and no property name shown (and not identified on Google maps). Co-ordinates were supposed to be received by WhatsApp but not in time. Smell in upstairs bathroom still not fixed (see previous reviews). Low beam over upstairs toilet should be highlighted - several of us were concussed! Why no handbook for guests? - as a result using equipment was a bit hit-and-miss, or required us to call the rep. Pillows were poor and too few. No reading lights in bedrooms. No advance info about audio in kitchen (requires USB stick). Orange squeezer did not work. Pool has only a small shallow end - Fine but probably not for non-swimming kids ...

Great location with a clean pool. Ideal for a family.

To be improved

Air conditioning made a noise. Bathrooms need upgrading/ are tired and welcome pack was poor e.g. no toilet rolls etc.
