“Do not come here in cold weather, there will be nothing to do”

The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms on the second floor are cozy and spacious. Large swimming pool.

To be improved

We were on vacation in November. It rained for 5 days, the air temperature was about 16-18*C. The pool is not heated or covered, so it was too cold to swim. On the first floor, the rooms are dark and uncomfortable, with an unpleasant smell that has been tried to be masked with the pungent smell of the house. The bathrooms on the second floor don't have sinks, so it's cold and there's no place to dry clothes. The shower on the second floor does not drain well. There is only one seafood restaurant nearby. Other bars and restaurants are far away.

“A lovely villa and a great stay.”
The best

The outside layout was perfect for us as a family as we could all sit together and keep an eye on our granddaughter. It was close to a nice beach and marina where we had some lovely meals. The pool was a good size and was cleaned whilst we were there for a week.

The outside and pool were amazing. The size of the property, kitchen well stocked with utensils. Pool cleaned twice in 6 days. Lots of towels and good mattresses. Welcome drinks. Great location

To be improved

Very dated furniture, needs a lot of TLC. Every room except the kitchen needs repairs and replacement of furniture. Showers need re grouting and lots of mould. Room one shower door broken and doesn’t shut fully, also the drawer on the cabinet hanging off, chrome tarnished. All the cupboard and drawers in room one (lots of) hard to open and stiff so couldn’t use. Had to purchase a new battery for the fan controller for it to operate. Room two furniture the same as one. Shower room lots of mould. No channels on the TV. Settee in the sitting room very marked, used blankets to sit down. Single room shower room, hot tap very hard to turn on, drips and floods when using it. Fan and light in downstairs bedroom did not work and this room and connecting bathroom very musty. No welcome book. No safe. Lots of gnats so would be great to have had scented candles.

“Perfect summer vacation”

We loved the property. It was a home from home. Great for a relaxed family holiday. The pool was such a treat, BBQ, loungers, bedrooms.
