Villa Salar

The ant infestation was horrendous!! They were on the cups , plates , work surfaces in the kitchen , bathroom , all around the outside areas where you sunbathe and the pool was full of dead ants daily. We even witnessed these ants kill bugs a cockroach and even a gecko !! The beds have the thinnest mattresses ever, the fridge hadn’t been defrosted and was dirty , the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned on arrival as there was food residue which In turn attracted more ants. The sun beds were broken and full of sun cream from previous users and the parasol had no base. The pool pump broke for three days but as the pool was that bad we didn’t notice. The air conditioning broke. Agni travel who are responsible for the villa are just poor , the cleaners wanted my direction and refused to deep Clean the kitchen, after cleaning the bathroom there were still dead ants in there . I asked Agni travel not to send them back because they just aren’t trained. Agni took no responsibility for the villa being handed over in such poor condition quoting it was normal and booking.com have filed a complaint with them ,however I believe they are irresponsible by having the villa still listed. I asked both Agni and booking.com was the villa suitable after reading previous reviews and was assured it was. Steer clear of this villa and Agni travel

The pool doesn’t have a filter & you need to scoop dirt/bugs out a few times a day Lots of ant in the kitchen even when rubbish is taken out every day Very hard to find property, used another listings website to find plot number
