Excellent facilities. They allowed us a late checkout as our flights were later in the evening.

To be improved

As already stated by others, you definitely need a car. The resort complex is some distance away from the local towns. The pool can be heated in winter but at an additional daily cost.

“We loved the place and we'll come back”

The best

We loved the place. Everything, every little detail was as published on booking.com. The place is located in a gated community with a nice view on the golf course from our villa (no.22). You need a car though as the location is like a 15 minute ride to the beaches and cities like Maspalomas or Playa de Ingles. A clear recommendation, we are considering coming back.

To be improved

The only thing was that our villa was close to the street but as there was very minor traffic it was finally not an issue at all.

“Great villa, super pool, excellent holiday!”

The best

The villa was perfect with all the amenities you could need, with plenty of chairs/ sunbeds to realx with sun and shade available around the pool. It is in a quiet, private location, with very little disturbance from neighbours etc. The pool was fantastic. Easy drive to supermarkets and Maspalomas Beach and promenade etc. I would recommend a hire car.

To be improved

The dust and noise from the Building site opposite was not perfect, but nothing anyone can do about that. I would however advise asking about the status of the site. The added, and rather high fee for heating the pool was a surprise which we turned down, and discovered it wasn't necessary. The water temperature was perfect as it was.

“Very good”

The best

We liked the location, cleanliness and facilities: well equiped kitchen, washer, dryer, lots of chairs, sunbeds, pillows and even extra blankets for in the couch or on the terrace.

To be improved

There are construction works going on in the area and these can be very loud. We would like to have be informed up front. The Internet didn't always work properly, but the hosts were in good communication about that. We also didn't like the "cold" lights in the kitchen and above the kitchen table. In the living room there were luckily warm lights. That felt much more cosy.

“Awesome Villa. Perfect for our family reunion ⭐”

The best

The house was very clean and the distribution was perfect. We were 6 adults and 1 Child and we felt we had plenty of space. The outdoor area was fantastic. We like to prepare our own meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

To be improved

The mattress needs to be replaced. They are old and not in good conditions. The bathroom as well it's a little aged and could be renewed.

“Fabulous stay, happy to reccommend.”

The best

The location was Salobre Golf Resort, around a 10 minute drive from Meloneras. The location requires a hire car if you plan to explore the local area, or otherwise, you will need to use a few taxis. The view from the naya/terrace was fantastic and it was a very peaceful location, although you could hear some of the work on site to creat new building plots.

To be improved

The villa and location was exactly as we expected.
