From the moment of booking the property until the day of departure, the communication with the host was superb. All instructions/photos of how to access the property, general rules and offers of assistance were perfect. The villa itself exceeded all expectations and was the perfect place to stay for the week. We stayed in October, and although a couple of rainy days/nights the villa was large enough for the group to have their own space indoors if needed. The pool, BBQ area and outdoor facilities are great for entertaining and large enough for quiet sunbathing when needed. The main seating area has a lovely old fashioned feel to it with modern add-ons and is plenty big enough to host the whole group. The kitchen has all the facilities you need including dishwasher and large fridge/freezer and also an external one too. The bedrooms are of varying sizes but each with a double bed (which I assume can be changed to singles) all with plenty of wardrobe space and air-conditioning (which was needed even in late October). Villa Salteri is overall a beautiful place for families to relax and unwind and the host is always there at the end of the phone should needs must. 10 out of 10 and will certainly be returning again in the future.

Large pool about 12 x 6, plenty space inside and outside, good WiFi, and TV but found hard to get in english as not tech ppl. Comfy beds and pillows. Not having to leave a damage deposit and cleaning included in price was a plus. Felt safe area. A safe in the villa would be nice to have had. It's worth the rental cost. But a bit further from Benidorm than ideal. Nice helpful owners.

To be improved

Something sharp on pool steps cut our child's hand. The pool went green and cloudy, so I had to call owners who sent a pool guy. Only one set of keys. Just a fan in the living room, and it kept stopping, and the aircon didn't cool one room, the 2nd living room/5th bedroom, as we couldn't seem to adjust it cold enough. There was no kettle to make tea. There was some concrete dust falling out from behind panelling on a couple of walls But these are just niggles that can be sorted. Another bathroom accessed from the villa would be ideal rather than disabled people having to leave the villa in the night to go to the spare one, but not a major drama. These are just to help improve the lovely villa.
