Where to start! The pool hadn’t been cleaned and the tiles were very slippery. We couldn’t use the pool until day 4 when it was cleaned The villa is in a good location but so unloved. Old discarded furniture left in the garden and the majority of the furniture in the house was ready for the bin!! The beds were shocking with one collapsing and 2 mattresses were so poor it was more comfortable lying on the floor The 2 bathrooms were tatty and in need of total renovation

Great location Spacious Clean A villa at the simpler end of the scale, it provided exactly what you needed for a lovely holiday but do not expect luxurious comfort and high end fixtures and fittings.

To be improved

For greater comfort/experience the owner could have chosen better quality furniture (eg: kitchen electricals like the kettle were at the lower price range so leaked when pouring. Bedroom side lamps were also cheaper and therefore lampshades didn’t fit properly. Replacement mattresses and bedding required as these were definitely showing signs of needing replacement, and bathroom towels were the same. Lounge furniture couldn’t seat the maximum occupancy of 6 people. This could be rectified by moving the additional sofa from the master bedroom which was unused, into the front room, and re-purposing the seating area in the,master bedroom into a proper dressing area. Sun beds need replacing or at the very least mattresses provided as they were narrow, old and in some cases a bit saggy so they were uncomfortable to sit on for great periods of time.

The best

We loved Villa San Cristobal. It was a great location to get to the beach easily as well as Calla Torret which has an amazing bakery and food food options. Paupa bar was our fav by the water to watch the sunset. The villa is up a hill so it has great views over all the trees and a view to the sea. The villa isn't overlooked at all which made it very private. Very quiet area Master bedroom was big and other bedrooms were a good size with storage

To be improved

As previous reviews mentioned, there was some cat poo in the garden. The tiles outside became very slippery when wet so not ideal for kids running around

The outside area and the pool were very pleasant , clean and secluded by trees. Air con and mosquito nets in bedrooms. The local manager, Amanda, was very helpful.

To be improved

Strong drain smell in main bathroom. We said a plumber would need to come. Decor ok but generally a bit tired.
