“Relaxing stay, lovely pool area but accommodation not what we expected to be honest.”

The best

Quiet location, pool area lovely, only ever 4 people there whenever we went to the pool, which wasn’t massive but adequate and lovely to cool off in. Pool area slightly raised up so lovely views when lying on the sun beds chilling. 😊 A nice touch of bottle of water and wine in the fridge for us upon arrival- thank you. Washing up liquid/cloth left, again this was nice. Mercadona supermarket 5 mins walk away, if you didn’t have a car. We did have a car. Apartment easy to find. Small private outdoor space with table, chairs and parasol, and extra plastic chairs if needed. If a shade or sail could be added to this area, that would enhance the area, as sunny all day. Comfy bed and aircon unit in the bedroom and it worked well. There is only one unit in the whole apartment, so the living area did get quite warm when first entering. Bathroom looks like it had been updated, good shower. Communication with Casa Sol was good when there. We did have a couple of issues which were sorted quickly.

To be improved

A lot smaller than we were expecting and the pictures definitely make it look a lot bigger. The apartment is one of 4 accommodations in Casa Sandra, round the back. We did get to see inside the first villa on the left as you enter through the gates, that was worlds apart from Little Haven, all modern etc. Not sure what the other 2 are like inside. The kitchen/living area is just one space upon entering the apartment - this area is tired and shabby and needs updating - wouldn’t take much, new kitchen units and cooker (we did not use), repainted table etc. The fridge had not been defrosted for a long time, massive ice build up at the back and the icebox at the top was hard to close, which made the fridge work overtime. I ended up having to chip ice off just to close this door. Little things like that could be resolved so easily. A couple of dishes needed a re-wash before using. Just being honest so that hopefully these issues can be resolved for future guests.

It was very bad the toilet was clogged, so that the piping et kaka come out from under the bathroom and from the shower house
