“Great location and garden but needs a remodeling”

Nice Villa with excelent location near de beach and a huge garden and trees. Big and confortable beds and nice bathrooms.

To be improved

The key pickup was just a key deliver. No time for briefing. The worst was the street gate. The lock needs to be changed so we've battled everytime we left the house to close the gate. At home, some lights didn't worked and some window mosquito's net were broken. Also the lighning in general is weak specially in the kitchen. For a Villa with 4 bedrooms we just got 7 forks, knife and spoons so after every meal you have to wash them. I've repoted a mechanic noise that woke us on the upper floor every morning exactly at 7:17 and that sounded each 20' during 2 hours. No Air Conditioned except on 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Finally: I found intrusive that we had 2 secutiry cameras inside the Villa: one in the living room and the other in the main bedroom where images of the guests in bed could be taken remotely (I have the same alarm system so I know it). Never seen this before...
