To be improved

This is a scam! The property is in a terrible state, very filthy and poorly kept. All of the facilities are broken and antiquated. The worst of all is the management, they chase and chase for your money then go silent with no communication or help with problems or any information about the Villa. Finally, they are refusing to return our €1000 deposit on the grounds that they don’t like us, having never met or spoken to us. Not professional, and extremely rude.
