Great villa with excellent facilitys. Hot tub is a game changer

Stunning, spotless property with everything you could ever ask for. Secure quiet site with friendly neighbours absolutely fantastic property.

Lovely 2 bed house in quiet, up-market residential area of Sonneland. The hosts were lovely and left us lots of nice things, like wine, fruit etc, which we did not expect. The house was immaculately clean. Each bedroom has a superking bed with luxury hotel quality mattresses and pillows. There is a huge TV with Netflix etc in the living room, we did not use it but it was there had we wanted to. The outside area is very comfortable with a Jacuzzi/ spa tub, sofa, dining table etc. The houses in the area also share a communal pool, which I did use once, there was no one else there at the time, so I had it all to myself. The nearest small supermarket is about a 7 minute walk up the hill from the house or drive to Mercadona about 5 mins away.The beach and Restaurant area in Meloneras/ Maspalomas is about a 25 min walk or there are a few bus stops in the area and plenty of taxis around, a Taxi to the beach area was around €6, buses are very cheap, clean and reliable, but with a hire car it would be easier to get around the Island. You can park a car right outside the door of the house. The house is inside a gated community.

The property was fantastic. There was nothing you could fault it on. the large spacious living area was perfect for relaxing in, watching the large smart tv, lounging with a book or magazine. The kitchen was full of all mod-cons, and utensils. The air conditioned bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing, with lots of storage. Beautiful bathroom with a rainforest shower too. The garden was beautifully decorated with a fantastic lounge area, dining area, pizza oven, loungers and a relaxing private hottub!

The house and the hosts were terrific. We were travelling with 2 small kids in January. the first week was a bit windy, so the jacuzzi was a real treat. The house was well equipped, and the street was very safe with about 20 houses in a closed off street. The pool was a bit cold in January but no one else was using it so we could swim there by ourselves. Hosts were very quick to reply on my questions. Highly recommended.

The hosts were superb; we were traveling with our baby (11 months) and the hosts provided us with all kinds of baby accessoires during our stay - this made our holiday a lot more enjoyable. Overall the Villa was very clean, spacious and equipped with an excellent airconditioning. The garden is great as well with many spots to sit and relax, especially in the Jacuzzi. The WiFi was perfect throughout the whole area. 10/10 would definitely come back again.
