“Fabulous Villa Sofia - highly recommend.”
The best

Fabulous villa, stunning setting and great views. Extremely comfortable beds and beautiful (and plentiful! ) bathrooms. So many seating/dining areas... so many choices! The lovely pool is a great treat to have - all to ourselves! Owner (Miguel) was delightful and SO helpful, kindly offering to do two journeys in his car to get us from Calella train station to the villa - uphill! - as one of our party had a bike box for the IronMan event.

To be improved

Being "picky", but more/larger towels might have helped. Also, we prefer to deal with our own recycling/rubbish, so instructions and more bags would help. We managed as much as we could. If travelling without a car, anyone with difficulties walking would find the half hour walk uphill to the villa from Calella centre a problem. Some local taxis didn't seem to know the address of the villa. (Local taxi numbers would be useful to have in the villa).
