The best

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants/beachfront. Walking distance to waterpark. Supermarket nearby. Washing machine. Once cleaned was a nice pool area. Rated 4 due to location.

To be improved

In general the villa and pool area very dirty, worn and dirty furniture throughout the villa and sunbeds dirty, nothing like photos on booking.com. Old worn showers/toilets. Mouldy shower curtain and interior curtains. Mould behind headboards. Mouldy smell in wardrobes..we couldnt use them. Too much really to itemise. Outside in need of extensive maintenance. We did contact VillaPlus who to be fair replaced sunbeds immediately and cleaned pool area. They offered to deep clean interior but we had already sig cleaned it ourselves and we would have had to be out of the villa for a day for the cleaning so declined. Damage deposit takes up to 28 days to be returned which is ridiculous.
