“Superb”

The best

Extremely good value. It’s far out, so you need a car, but if you have a car I would definitely recommend this over an hotel or apartment in Alicante Center. The house is so nice and the view over the mountains is amazing. Best value for money I have gotten in years.

To be improved

The house needs a new dishwasher that cleans properly and the beds are terrible. Especially the one downstairs. I don’t think I have ever slept so bad in an hotel or villa before. Usually this is a dealbreaker for me, but the house is so nice that you forget about during the day.

“great location with plenty of space for large family have put on shortlist for next year.”

The best

bedrooms with ac making sleeping easy for whole family and all very spacious. location and stunning views from pool . patio area and bq a winner with plenty of summer furniture available very secure when leaving villa with shutters and doors. inside seating area very comfy.

To be improved

fridge freezer not close enough to kitchen bit of a bind keep going to facilities room for milk etc. also tap in kitchen has a leak spent 10 days with cloth around tap to stop it spaying when in use. spent 3 days with sewage leaking into garden due to broken and blocked pipe which was fixed after 3 different plumbers called out . drive difficult to use as so steep reversing into parking area a must.
