On arrival of villa main house was nice and clean only 4 bedrooms to find the further two bedrooms had to be accessed from outside so not part of the main villa! So not ideal for us. Call to say the safe was locked on arrival so we couldn’t us it, the patio door was unlocked, and only 2 hops on the cooker working. The main bathroom shower doors didn’t connect properly and made the floor really wet. Said they would send someone to fix it but no one came. The patio door was so hard to lock! Two days in the house alarm went off and police came to say we had been pressing an sos button on the box that we hadn’t as we had only just got up and one of our party was going to the shop as it set it off! Someone came to look and move the box and said he would be back in 20 minutes to reset it so we waited and no one came. No fresh towels or bedding in the week staying we have had to wash them. No instructions for anything in the house. Tv only Spanish channels. Hot water had gone off on the Thursday of being there! Yet again asked if we had pressed anything! On the plus the pool area nice! And the gates on the house make it safe and secure. Olga has been helpful just things regarding the villa.

“Pleasant”

The best

There were 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The swimming pool was big enough. There were a lot of tables and chairs, both on the terrace and near the swimming pool.

To be improved

We had to drive to the PlusHolidays office to get the keys. It was hard to find parking space nearby. The sunscreen on the terrace was broken.

“Beautiful Villa Set In Peaceful Calpe”

The best

The whole villa was over 2 floors which meant the family could spend time together but also had our own spaces should we want a little time to ourselves which made relaxing very easy. The pool was a great size and we were able to have lots of fun splashing around with the kids. Plenty of bathrooms and living spaces enabling everyone to get ready head out for an evening or cook / BBQ and relax with some nice Spanish wine around one of the large dining tables. Would definitely go back again.

To be improved

There wasn't anything we didn't really enjoy about the villa but maybe we should have hired a car for the week as it's a fair stroll to the beach ut we can plan this on our next trip there.
