Love playa roca location Next to sea/beaches

• On arrival property was dirty (not cleaned well) • On arrival fridge was broken • On arrival washing machine broken • Bathroom door water damaged (doesn’t shut properly) • Wifi didn’t work throughout our stay • Outdoor area ran down and cushions stained

Nice pool, nice complex, the place was really quiet.

To be improved

Really old mattresses, no pillows in one of the bedrooms, they gave us sofa cushions as pillows, very uncomfortable. The fridge was broken and we needed to throw away food and eat outside, we ask them to fix the fridge but they didn’t fix it. Bathroom door was broken and we could not close it. The last day the internet did not work and I needed to connect my laptop for work and I could not. We asked if it could be fixed and they never did.
