There was nothing we didn’t like, there was one minor issue, fixed the next day all good and great communication.

It rained one day out of 5! But nothing can be done about that. 😞🌧️ Everything else was perfect.

During our stay, we encountered numerous issues that not only compromised our overall experience but also posed serious health and safety concerns. The property fell significantly below the standards of the luxury villa as described on your platform. Additionally, the behavior of the property's employee was extremely unprofessional, prompting us to seek your intervention in reaching a fair settlement. Issues: 1. Broken Facilities: a. No hot water upon arrival due to a broken water heater. After 4 days, the heater was fixed but the water remained murky and discolored. The plumber indicated a substantial amount of rust in the pipes, and prolonged disuse of the piping system. b. The hot tub in the master bathroom leaks and cannot hold water; the jacuzzi is non-functional and cannot be turned on. c. The bathroom door in the living room is broken, requiring two people at either side of the door to close. d. WiFi issues persisted throughout our stay, affecting multiple areas of the property. We received a new router on Day 4 and fixed the upstairs wifi ourselves. The Wifi for the office and garden were never fixed throughout our stay. e. The main gate lacks a lock, raising security concerns. f. Some power plugs in the garden were non-functional. g. The jacuzzi nozzle and water faucet in the pool do not work; the host admitted they never worked, contrary to the property description. h. The pool heater pump was excessively loud and continuously leaked, leaving the floor dangerously slippery. i. The light-blocking curtain in the master bedroom fell off during the night. 2. False Description of Property: a. The safety deposit box, as listed in the property description, was not provided. b. Air-conditioning was only available in the living room, not in any of the three bedrooms. c. The hot tub/jacuzzi, as listed in the property description, was non-functional.
