“nice place but needs some TLC”
The best

large property, nice pool and grass area

To be improved

a lot of the lights weren’t working and switch for fan in dining room is broken. needed a bit of TLC. recommend some large fans in the covered outdoor area, and some mosquito repellent. a lot of mosquitos!
