We were very satisfied with our stay at Villa Tahona by Villalia in Lanzarote. The villa fully met our expectations – it was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be happy to return in the future.

There was nothing we didn’t like – we genuinely liked everything about our stay.

“Excellent holiday but villa needs urgent work”

Excellent location, away from the town, need a car but knew that from the map and we are happy to drive around. The villa on arrival is impressive, lovely decor and pool.

To be improved

I have sent detailed feedback to the contact, but the main points are There are areas of desperate need of maintenance - leak in en suite shower, showing through on both walls, floor tile broke in kitchen, microwave smoked when used, door in main bathroom does not lock to outside - 8ft wall so not totally insecure but to anyone who knows this could easily use a ladder and enter the property. Cockroaches in kitchen every day. The pool is not acceptable - warm but green and stains bodies and swimwear. Pool maintenance showed us the PH level test sticks so happy with that and was told it was our fault for wearing sun-cream in the pool. However, for me that isn't acceptable, yes I appreciate it can change water slightly but not staining swimwear whereby they have had to be thrown away. We have never had this in any other pool and always where sun-cream. For me, I read the reviews beforehand and what is disappointing as that every thing I have mentioned (apart from insecure door) has been mentioned before and doesn't seem to be rectified, just patched up, It is a such a lovely villa and we had a great time.

“Great place to relax,”

The space was great, comfy bed, nice spacious outside area..

To be improved

Nothing we didn’t like but things that could be improved.. The sun bed cushions are very stained and ripped, No oven gloves No oven tins tho there was one glass dish.

“A home away from home!”

As advertised. An ideal home away from home for two adults and two kids. Everything you need for a longer stay. The sunsets by the pool were very welcomed family time.
