“Disappointing stay with no hot water, no pool.”
The best

The Villa was very clean inside and very well equipped. There was plenty of everything for our stay. The kitchen had adequate kitchen utensils and everything had been thought off.

To be improved

When we arrived the pool wasn't useable, it was full of tadpoles and algae. This was disappointing as I had read bad reviews about the condition of the pool. I contacted the property weeks before our arrival, to ask about the pools condition. I was assured it would be clean for our stay. We stayed for 7 days. On day 5 the pool was cleaned, but the cleaning procedure of the pool reduced the water pressure in the property and all bathrooms lacked water for 24hrs. During our stay we also had no hot water for 4 of the 7 days. The property works on gas bottles and they were all empty upon our arrival. They were replaced on day 2, but then there was a boiler issue. One night at 10pm, someone did come to the property to try and rectify but her efforts didn't help. Its such a lovely Villa but its not being maintained well.

Beautiful stone house which stayed cool inside even in the heat. Plenty of a peace and kitchen well equipped.
