Villa Tania is dated and smelly. The 2 basement bedrooms and games room are unusable due to the smell of damp musk and mould. Beds are damaged with mattresses dipping in the middle. Sun loungers are broken and filthy. There is no sun parasol. The pool is filthy and smells. The hot water does not last long in the shower. We saw nobody for the 12days we were there besides a cleaner who didn’t speak English and a guy who came to try and clean the pool on day 11. I would not recommend this villa in its current state.

Leaving and closing the door was the best part of this experience. This has to be the worst villa on booking.com

Upon arrival the villa was dirty, lamps with stains on them, broken kitchen press, dust inches thick over the sockets. Grubby paint work and black mold in the showers - to which the letting manager suggested, we can paint over !!! In brief the bouncing between the letting agency and booking.com was a disgrace, no one wanted to take ownership. As I left the villa and refused to stay I could not get a refund. At a later stage one of the party had an accident, now it seems any questions about public liability need to be answered by the letting agent, who say no it is up to booking.com - total mess of people washing their hands.

The property’s location and outside space was great! Good size of pool. Great terrace.

To be improved

Was quite dated, only used one shower as others did look a bit unclean/mould. As there was only 4 of us this wasn’t an issue this time. Not an issue but curtains had marks on them and few lamps broken.

We loved the location, the size, the pool table and the pool!

It really does need some tlc in areas such as the showers, kitchen, and the pool area is very slippy. A couple of people in our party slipped and gave themselves a sore one.
