Villa Teresa

Villa Teresa is a stunning villa in a lovely area of Mallorca. The Villa is incredibly well appointed, with lots of space to relax and chill, either by the pool area or the 2 terraces available in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. The Villa, on arrival, was immaculate and we could not have been happier with our choice! It’s far bigger than the it appears in the photos too. Both Teresa and her Mum Alicia, who greeted us on arrival, could not have been more responsive, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and this too makes such a difference to a holiday experience- thank you both ☺️ Located in the central part of the town, a gorgeous bakery just around the corner and just a 10 minute walk to either Es Trenc beach or the Marina and surrounding beaches. There is a great variety of restaurants to choose from throughout the town, all in walking distance, and approx a 50 minute drive to Palma. We all loved our stay in Villa Terese and the whole area too - and would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Colonia Sant Jordi to stay here.

The location was excellent and central to everything in town. Also loved the pool area and the mini-split air conditioning in each room.

The villa looks amazing, better than the photos. We had an amazing stay at the end of September. Sparkling clean and great position: one minute from the supermarket and bakery, plus very close to gorgeous beaches and good restaurants.

The Villa is even better than the pictures, it is very large and immaculately clean, well equipped in a perfect location with a lovely host. It really exceed our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. Location is great, close to nice bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk to the harbour, 10 mins walk to lovely beaches. I would certainly return to the Villa Teresa and Colonia Sant Jordi. 10/10
