“Nice apartment in quite end of PDC”
The best

Clean, modern apartment. Communication was swift & clear, as long as you have Google Translate as they always answer in Spanish. Had a problem with leaking boiler and fixed by offsite maintenance within 28 mins of reporting it. The apartment is at the quite end of the strip, just before Matagorda, but we new this. It's a circa 8-10 minute walk to the front where there are several shops and a lovely eatery and of course a great beach.

To be improved

No air conditioning, but in Lanzarote never really a problem as the cool evening air keeps the bedrooms comfortable. Main gripe is the apartment had an underlying smell. You don't notice when you first arrive, but what you do notice is plug in air fresheners in every room, which are rather over powering, so we switched them all off. That's when the smell picks up, which felt like it was coming from the bedroom cupboards. By smell, it's sort of the holiday dampness, but rather noticeable in the back bedroom. Would this stop me recommending this place? Absolutely not as you do learn to live with it. Just keep the windows and doors open.

This is our second stay at villa toledo and didn't disappoint .everything you needed was provided

To be improved

Across the road there is a parking area for a hotel which can quite noisy at times
