Villa Torremirona Resort Palmeras

Instructions to get key were woefully inaccurate resulting in a waste of time driving to get the key. Furnishings in house dated and furniture rickety. Host appeared not to know about booking and was impatient when finally arrived to show where key was. Floors of the house were dusty, and the laundry dryer doesn't work. Request for this to be seen to by the host failed during the stay. Host claimed a technician could only be sent "next week." Soap and shampoo and laundry powder is not provided. First property where even soap for having a shower is not provided in any form. House has one small TV with the top part of images cut off. While stated as a facility in the ad, the gym is outside the gated community and at an extra charge. Seems a stretch to list gym as a facility for the property. Though the booking was for 3 nights, left after 2 nights to stay at a hotel. Most disappointing stay.

It is getting old and would need to be refreshed and renovated. The shower upstairs is partially broken, you can barely use it.
