Villa Torrequebrada

Where to start - SUNBEDS - very poor , dirty/ worn out /tired/ no sunbed cushions as seen in pictutres just the basic mesh fabric bed so very uncomforatable! NO Welcome pack - NEVER have we been to a Villa and not had a basic welcome pack - absoloutely nothing at all , always get a pack with Milk /Basics etc left not here ! Sleeps 10!! Never - we were a party of 6 ladies -thank god , one of the alleged TWIN rooms was more a Dungeon than a room , the other TWIN the beds were like campbeds, this room was OK so we moved the matresses from the room we referred to as " the dungeon" room into the better room to try and make x 1 good sleeping room . SO in summary another couple had to share a room instead of only 1 couple sharing. NO outdor Towels left -again we has a group have stayed in many villas all provide pool towels. NO Hairdryers - this was rectified after a phone call One bathroom shower leaked and on looking at where the water ran to looked like this was a long term problem . The whole villa is very very tired needs some major re furbishment , very bad smell from the downstairs rooms that lead to the pool area , this was obvioulsy from the leaking bathroom up above it . NO outside workable shower no toilets near the pool had to walk up some very slippery stairs the the next floor This villa was once a grand Villa but not now, sparsly furnished , very uncomfortable furniture througout and no we would never recomend anyone to stay here And lastly DO NOT expect the hosts to allow you an extra 10mins on departure as that will not happen - You MUST leave at 10am non negaitable !
