Very old, wornout, cold even with heaters, no duvets No posts available on TV

but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort or peace and quiet. The beds are incredibly hard—so much so that I woke up with back pain. Additionally, the noise from the neighbors was constant, both at night and early in the morning, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. While it’s nice that there’s no traffic noise, the other issues overshadowed the positives for me.

The worst experience we have ever had using booking - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PROPERTY! Upon arrival the person who handels the keys does not even tell us hi and practically sprints from the door to the elevator, and further to the apartment door. There he opens our door with a key of his own and gives us another set of keys, mentioning the key is for the outside door. He then tries to sprint off and we had to ask him to at least show us how the front door is operated as we only received a code for it. He does so and finally sprints off before we even make it inside the apartment - in other words we get no info of how to use the facilities if the apartment and the whole vibe was just very weird. We get in, and immediately notice several things: 1. Both the floors and the fridge are dirty, and all the photos have been taken either from an angle that does not show the bad parts of the apartment, or so that the quality of the photo helps to disguise them. 2. The front door cannot be back locked as the lock is literally broken, and the only lock we have is a code thingy. Based on how the now broken back lock looked, we thought it looks like the apartment has been broken into before - lovely location to leave our belongings at? 3. The furniture was old and worn out, again nicely disguised in the photos. When we then called the host regarding the issues within 10 minutes of arrival, he did not seem too surprised and it seemed like he could not care less. We chose to leave, and quite honestly, you would have needed to pay us to stay in the apartment. After this we have had an exchange of messages as we obviously wanted our money back due to the deceiving photos and bad experience - no help neither from booking or the host. I have stayed in multiple listings in Torrevieja and other places, and have never been treated this badly. Almost for the same price we luckily managed to get another accommodation with nothing to complain on - outside of booking.
